Flourless Chocolate Cake
Tried new recipe today because I was thinking about Cheese Shop still and mourning over the fact that I don't have any. Serious stuff, I know. So to cheer myself up (and waste time NOT thinking about starting summer school tomorrow), I tried out a new recipe.
BEHOLD THE MOST AWESOMELY DELICIOUS THING I'VE EVER BAKED:
It's basically like rich, chocolatey fudgy melty amazingness in sort-of-cake form.
And it was actually surprisingly easy to make. The hardest part was cutting a stencil to dust the powdered sugar on top. Oh, and inverting it out of the pan. (Did you notice the crack in it? That was me. The more-egg-no-flour-ness of the recipe makes it extraaa-fragile.)
